Healthy MugCake | Post Workout Meal | Gluten Free
Today I made a quick, easy and healthy mugcake as my post workout meal. This is a gluten free mugcake, as I’m sensitive to gluten! I did it with Brown Rice Flour. You can certainly make it with Oat flour (gluten-free), quinoa flour, bluckwheat flour or wheat flour (gluten-free).
I always make my meals pretty easy, fast and healthy.
To build muscle you must supply your body with the correct foods pre and post workout, as well as throughout the day. This mugcake is an easy way to get your carb intake post workout. I paired it with 3oz shrimp (as my lean protein) and 2 cups spinach. I eat 3o mins after my lifting sessions.
What do you eat post workout?

1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
1/2 tsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Stevia
- Mix all ingredients together.
- I used a little less than 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk for this healthy mugcake
- Cook in microwave for 1.5 mins.
- Top mugcake with any nut butter.
